SHANGHAI HOSEL THERMAL THERMAL TECHNOLOGY CO.LTD. is a company who specializes in manufacturing automatic oil burner, gas burner and energy transformation equipments. There are different types of burners that can be group into three series which use light diesel, heavy oil, and all kinds of gas such as natural gas, petroleum liquefied gas, urban coal gas and methane). Our company also manufactures and deals in different kinds of burner components and parts. At the same time, the company designs thermal engineering projects.
SHANGHAI HOSEL THERMAL THERMAL TECHNOLOGY CO.LTD designs three kinds of thermal engineering projects.
The first kind of project is to modify the original equipment and adjust the energy structure in order to save the energy. Case study 1: Jinshan Corporation which is located in Xianyang, Shanxi province of China is a company which concentrates on manufacturing television spare parts. In the 1980s, the company introduced four production lines from German which uses electricity as energy to manufacture the television spare parts. The company uses 6000 kilowatt electricity every day. Although Jinshan Company exports a lot to the world market but the profit is very limited this is due to the huge energy consumption. At the end of 2000, Jinshan company invited our company and another institution to do the modification for the kiln. After that, the kiln changes to use gas instead of electricity. At the same time, the dry tower also changes to use gas instead of 0# diesel. From 2000, because the modification saved the energy consumption, Jinshan Corporation saved 8 million RMB (1 RMB= 0.125 U.S. dollar) a year. Besides Jinshan Corporation, our company designs nozzles for brick factory which are used for the gas producer.
The second kind of project is to modify the original equipment and increase the heating efficiency to save the energy Case study 2: Jiangqi Porcelain Corporation which is located in jiangxi province of China, using the steam from the boiler and then through the heat exchanger to dry the wet porcelain in the dry room. The efficiency of this method is very low (round about 4-5 %). Our company designed the project and changed to use gas instead of coal. When the cold air reaches the setting temperature of the dry room, it dries the wet porcelain immediately. The heating efficiency can reach 80%. Jiangqi China corporation saves 700 to 800 thousand RMB every year.
Besides Jiangqi China corporation, we do the same project for Daqing oil company, Shanghai steel corporation and Xianfeng mechanism company, and Shangxi diesel equipment corporation. The third kind of project is to design the re-burning system Case study 3: The methane from Fujian Wine company, Guizhou Wine company and Weifang Wine company is not acceptable by the environmental requirements. The methane needs to be re-burned before it exhaust to the atmosphere. Our company designed a system which first takes back the firedamp and then re-burns it so that it can reach the environmental requirements. At the same time, the energy can be saved because of the second burning.
Our company also design this kind of project for the steel printing industry in Malaysia.
